If you’re excited by big challenges, global impact, and the chance to grow fast with a world-class team, ARQ is the place to do it.## **What you'll be doing**- Produce 2–4 videos per week, independently, about the main use-cases in BR at the moment (e.g. Travel, Wealth, Remote Work, new products).- Stay on top of social media trends that can be used to generate new ideas / videos.- Deliver premium-quality visuals — ideally from a filmmaker or creator background.- Collaborate with the performance marketing team to test and iterate creative pieces.## **What you'll need**- Proven experience creating video content (e.g. Content creator, Filmmaker, etc).- A portfolio showcasing organic or branded content with high production value.- Creativity, agility, and ability to produce independently.- Understanding of Brazilian digital cultur **e** (trends, humor, language, etc.).- Pre-production: very strong creating new ideas and scripts.- Production:- Post-production: Great editing that feels high quality, dopaminic and aesthetically pleasing. - Creative: able to produce creative videos, on a weekly basis.- Good to have:# Why join us- Competitive salary- Sign-on stock options bonus, so you become part of the success of the company- Discretionary performance bonus (stock options)- Paid annual leave- Private health insurance - Latest technology to work with- Strong team that will help you improve your skills
