Since 2021, [Cogram](https://cogram.com) is building the alternative: AI-native tools that leading firms use to deliver projects.### What we’re looking for* Design engineers, designers that are comfortable shipping code, or design-savvy technical PMs* You’re good at talking to users and understanding requirements. You can design, ship, and own features end-to-end.* 1+ years designing or building production software.* Habitual power user of AI (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or whatever’s next). Strong opinions about AI-augmented engineering. Always finding tools that make you and the team faster.* You know when to cut corners and when to be rigorous.### StackTypescript, Python, Postgres, Redis, React/TypeScript, React Native/Expo, Terraform/Kubernetes on AWS & Azure.### BenefitsFully remote or in-office or hybrid (Berlin or London), three offsites/year. 38 paid days off (26 personal + 12 German public holidays).
