The role

**THE ROLE**The foundational growth hire at Moritz. You'll work directly with both founders to expand our GTM, and this role will be a hybrid of BDR work (a must) and AE/full-cycle selling. You source pipeline, run deals, and own the number.**WHAT YOU'LL DO*** Outbound prospecting and pipeline generation, BDR work is a core, non-negotiable part of this role* Be part of full-cycle deals: discovery, demos, negotiation, close* Shape positioning, messaging, and the GTM playbook alongside the founders* Own and report on pipeline, conversion, and expansion metrics**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**\Junior talent, max 5 years of work experience, with one of these backgrounds:* Proven track record selling to in-house legal teams* Experience as BDR or AE at a high-growth startup in an adjacent space (e.g. Vanta)* Exceptional young GTM talent from good schools* Young BigLaw associates wanting to move into a commercial role* Reside in SF/Bay-area and ready to work 5 days a week in office**WHO YOU ARE**Scrappy, ambitious, energized by ambiguity. You measure success by whether the number moved — and you're the kind of hungry that doesn't need to be managed.
