We’re building the **AI Creative Strategist for ads**.Not dashboards. Not copilots.\A system that **actually generates winning creatives** 🎯We’ve crossed **$1M ARR in months**, work with companies like SoFi, Rocket Money, and Rappi, and now we’re building our next big bet:→ An **agentic video editor** that can create, edit, and optimize ad creatives end-to-end 🎬---### **What this actually means**We want to go from:_prompt → finished ad that performs_ ⚡Not just generate clips.\But decide:* what story to tell* what visuals to use* how to edit it* what works (based on real performance data) 📊---### **What you’ll do*** Build systems that orchestrate multiple AI models (video, image, audio) 🤖* Work with cutting-edge models (Kling, Veo, etc.)* Design async pipelines for generation + editing* Build real product surfaces, not just infra* Define what “AI video creation UX” even looks like ✨This is **0 → 1 product work**, not maintenance 🚀---### **Our Tech Stack**Python, Django, Temporal, Celery, AWS/GCP, Redis, RabbitMQ, React, LLMs---### **Who we’re looking for*** Can **design and ship quickly** without over-engineering ⚡* Enjoys building **delightful, high-performance user experiences** 🎨* Has experience (or strong interest) in **AI, media, or creative tools** 🤖* Self-directed, detail-oriented, and thrives in **fast-paced environments*** Prefers solving problems **end-to-end (idea → shipped product)**---### **Comp*** 💰 Upto ₹1 Cr cash* 📈 0.5–1% equity---### **Location**📍 Koramangala, Bangalore (in-office / flexible)
