This involves improving how users experience the product - from first interaction to daily usage to conversion - across learning, practice, and consistency.### Requirements* 0–2 years of experience or strong proof of work* Strong product thinking and attention to detail* Comfortable working with product data (PostHog) and writing SQL* Ability to work closely with design and engineering* Clear thinking and structured communication* High ownership and bias for action* Strong taste in product and UX* Uses AI actively & have build products with it* Have knack of vibe coding**PS:** Can you break down a vague product problem and turn it into something that ships and improves metrics?### Responsibilities* Improve user journeys across activation, engagement, retention, and conversion* Identify problems using data and user behavior, and prioritize what to solve* Work with design and engineering to ship product improvements* Collaborate with the growth team on experiments and product-led initiatives* Continuously iterate based on user insights and performance* Contribute to product and design reviews* Take decisions balancing speed and qualityWe thrive on smooth communication, ownership, and speed.
