The role

A few months ago we **hired our fourth AE,** and as our sales pipeline can now support more AEs we are looking for more to add to the team.You will own **end-to-end sales processes from intro call through to close and onboarding** for some of the coolest technical companies (existing customers incl. [**Monday.com**](http://Monday.com), Grafana, n8n, Logitech and over 200 others). We’re big believers in not handing off an account to someone else after as there’s a ton of opportunity to work with a company and help them solve more problems with kapa beyond what we start off with.We’re the “first” AI tool for a lot of our customers, so a **strong interest in AI** and the ability to communicate technical topics like RAG are a must (we’ll help teach you though!).**Comp is uncapped**, so if you crush + build your own pipeline you can make a ton more than OTE $200k.Requirements* 3+ years sales experience* Have sold B2B SaaS products* Strong interest in AI * Based in European time-zone (but also willing to cover some US overlap)Nice to haves* **You are based in Copenhagen** or willing to relocate or travel frequently (min 2 times per quarter)* You are technical and can communicate well with technical personas
