The role

As a **Senior Technical Recruiter** at Luminai, you’ll be instrumental in building the team that drives our mission to make healthcare more efficient. You’ll manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments, partnering with hiring managers to source, attract, and close top talent that aligns with our culture. If you’re people-focused, driven to make an impact, and passionate about building a winning team, this could be the role for you.**_Our team is in-office 4 days a week (Monday - Friday, Wednesday optional WFH) in either San Fransisco, California or New York, New York._**### What You'll Do* Own full-cycle recruiting across technical functions – Engineering, Product, and Design* Partner with hiring managers to align on role requirements and create effective job descriptions* Develop sourcing strategies to build a diverse talent pipeline* Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interview scheduling* Provide an exceptional candidate experience with transparent communication* Track recruiting metrics to optimize hiring outcomes### What We’re Looking For* 5+ years of experience in recruiting for high-growth technology companies (preferably B2B SaaS)* Proven success hiring for technical teams* Strong skills in full-cycle recruiting and candidate sourcing – including negotiating offers, pitching equity value to candidates, and building relationships* Ability to effectively collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders* Passion for fostering a positive and engaging candidate experience* Familiarity with ATS platforms (ideally Ashby)* Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects and tasks* Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, across various time zones* Passion for creating a dynamic and inclusive workplace* Experience with healthcare hiring is a huge plus
