We've built multi‑modal machine‑learning pipelines — CV, VLMs, and automatic speech recognition models built in PyTorch and TensorFlow — that detect objects, track scenes, caption footage and transcribe audio with sub‑second latency. We’re building a multimodal system that can contextualize any law‑enforcement data source in real time.

The role

### What you would do.• Own the full sales cycle — prospect, qualify, demo, pilot, navigate RFP/procurement, and close net-new police, sheriff, and city/county IT deals.• Tell a killer ROI story — quantify time saved per report, OT reductions, and stronger case quality from AI drafting/redaction.• Forecast like a pro — maintain a crisp 30/60/90 in Pipedrive, self-source pipeline, and beat quota.• Feed Product & Marketing — bring back field objections, DA policy needs, and RMS/CAD integration notes to shape roadmap and messaging.### What you bring.• Start-up grit & bias for action — build playbooks, travel for demos/tradeshows, close; that’s all.• Consistent outperformance — $1M + new-logo quotas with largely self-sourced pipeline.• Access — chiefs/command staff, records/IT, procurement, and DA offices.• Public-sector fluency — CJIS, chain of custody, InfoSec, grants, budget cycles, RFPs.**Nice to have:** 5+ years selling into public safety/GovTech — RMS/CAD, digital evidence, justice SaaS, or adjacent.### Why you win w/ us.• Rocket-ship trajectory — fast-growing with pilots converting to multi-year rollouts.• Tangible impact — hours back per report, stronger case quality, better transparency.• Comp package — competitive base + **15-30% uncapped commission**, meaningful equity, full benefits.• A-team culture — low-ego, high-ownership, obsessed with winning with our agencies.
