### **Qualifications – Chief Growth Strategist*** **Proven growth operator** — you’ve taken a product from 0 → 1 or 1 → 100k+ users through creative, data-driven experimentation* Deep understanding of **AI product positioning**, storytelling, and how to translate complex tech into irresistible market pull* Track record with **multi-channel growth loops** — paid + organic, influencer + UGC, community + SEO, outbound + partnerships* Comfortable leading **A/B tests, funnel experiments, CAC/LTV modeling, retention cohort analysis**, and GTM dashboarding* Ability to work cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing to turn insight → experiment → process → scale* High taste in **messaging, design, and narrative hooks** that convert (you understand memes, virality, and brand timing)* Obsessed with **distribution arbitrage** — you find underpriced channels, hack algorithms, and systemize repeatable wins* Experience running or advising **performance and content teams** across email, Discord, Reddit, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn* Strong grasp of **B2B and consumer funnels** — from cold outbound and lifecycle automation to viral consumer onboarding* You can **model demand** like an analyst, but **pitch vision** like a founder* (Bonus) Experience with **AI, LegalTech, or SaaS** go-to-market motion* (Bonus) You’ve built growth systems for **startups scaling fast** — ideally YC, venture, or breakout tech companies
