The role

We’re seeking an AI-native marketer with experience in performance marketing and influencer / UGC marketing.As the 1st marketing hire, you’ll be working directly with the founder and CEO of the company to drive full funnel growth.## DescriptionJoin [Blink.new](http://Blink.new) as a Performance Marketing Manager to help drive our customer acquisition strategy. You'll review campaign setups, advise on best practices, develop creative strategies, and provide analytics and reports. You will source and manage UGC creators and influencer campaigns we work with across all major channels.
