We are looking for a Founding Engineer to join our team in a full-time capacity, with the flexibility for partial remote work. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the development and scaling of our cutting-edge data warehouse. Collaborating closely with our engineering team, you will play a key role in architecting the platform, crafting and implementing sophisticated algorithms and models, and partnering with cross-functional teams to foster innovation and improve performance.

**ROE is a hypergrowth startup** in the SF Bay Area building Cursor for Financial Compliance. Today, ROE is trusted by multiple public companies representing $400B+ in combined market cap.Y Combinator, Google AI Ventures, Ardent Ventures, the CEO of Snowflake, and senior leaders from LinkedIn and top fintechs back us.**What you'll do*** Build AI agent platform to serve risk and compliance in trillion-dollar financial industry (don't worry if you don't know anything about finance)* Build mission critical features for Fortune 500 customers* Operate as one team: own problems end-to-end, review each other’s code, and move quickly.**What you won’t do*** Bureaucracy. No 3-month approvals to launch a feature.* Politics. No fighting other teams for headcount or scope.* Build for the void.
