The technology you create will integrate the capabilities of our machine learning systems and human analysts to catch faults on the power grid in real-time. Your decisions will directly impact the ability of our fault detection systems to operate reliably and effectively at scale. **Your background might look something like:*** 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in product-driven companies* Ability to thrive in a low structure, high-autonomy environment with competing priorities * You’ve built something from the ground up with broad ownership * Experience with Python, React, Typescript, PostgreSQL**Preferred Qualifications:*** Experience developing real-time, event-driven systems or human-in-the-loop platforms* Experience with observability tooling such as OpenTelemetry, Grafana, and Mimir* Experience working in hardware/software contextsThis describes the ideal candidate; many of us have picked up this expertise along the way.
