We primarily help people through our IOS (Native - Swift) & Web Apps. We are looking for talented engineers, developers, and designers to help us combine Behavioral Neuroscience, AI and principles of game design to create a truly immersive habit modification experience. ## Requirements: - Experience working with small, lean engineering teams to ship product fast - Experience working on real-time applications & games/social products is a big plus - Love working with ex-founders or early engineers from fast-growth teams - Experience with Swift, Node, React, and Js libraries (or other comparable web frameworks) - A history of striking out on your own & building - Interest in human psychology & an eye for good design

Our mission is simple: **help people unlock their full potential by reshaping habits and rewiring the brain for a better life.** **Role Overview** We’re looking for a passionate and driven **iOS Engineer** to join our fast-paced, mission-driven team. You’ll take ownership of building, maintaining, and optimizing our iOS app, ensuring a world-class user experience for a rapidly growing global audience. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a startup environment, moves quickly, and is willing to put in the work to help us scale. **What You’ll Do** * Design, develop, and maintain high-quality features for our iOS app using **Swift** and **SwiftUI**. * Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to ship new features quickly. * Optimize app performance, responsiveness, and memory usage. * Write clean, testable, maintainable code following best practices. * Debug and resolve issues, crashes, and performance bottlenecks. * Participate in code reviews and engineering discussions to ensure product quality. **Requirements** * At least **3 years of experience** working with **Swift** and **SwiftUI**. * Strong understanding of iOS frameworks, UIKit, RESTful APIs, and app architecture patterns. * Willingness to work long hours and **move fast** in a dynamic environment. * Experience with version control (Git) and agile development workflows. **Bonus Points For** * Startup experience * Familiarity with **AWS**, **Postgres**, **Hasura**, and **GraphQL**. * Knowledge of Combine or reactive programming. * Prior experience in **health & wellness** or behavior-change products. **Why Join Us** * Fully remote position * Mission-driven company making a measurable difference in people’s lives. * Competitive salary + equity package. * Health, dental, and vision benefits. * Supportive, collaborative, and growth-focused culture.
