#### **About Enerjazz Tech** Enerjazz Tech is a Y Combinator-backed startup on a mission to electrify India’s commercial vehicle segment. We’re building the country’s largest battery swapping network for e-rickshaws and commercial EVs, making clean mobility affordable, accessible, and scalable. Our team blends industry depth with startup agility and is rapidly expanding to deliver on an ambitious vision. --- #### **Purpose of the Role** The Talent acquisition manager will support Enerjazz’s rapid growth by independently driving end-to-end recruitment for junior and mid-level positions across all functions. You’ll play a critical role in shaping teams, ensuring only the right talent joins, and adopting new-age tools to make hiring more efficient. --- #### **Key Responsibilities** * Own the full recruitment lifecycle for junior and mid-level roles—sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing positions across sales, operations, customer support, logistics, and other departments. * Write and publish compelling job descriptions across relevant job boards, social media, and referral networks. * Source active and passive candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and other digital channels. * Conduct structured telephonic/video interviews—ask the right role-specific and behavioural questions to assess fit, skill, and attitude. * Use ChatGPT and other AI tools to draft job postings, screen candidate responses, prepare interview questions, and improve overall hiring efficiency. * Schedule interviews with hiring managers, gather feedback, and manage candidate communications for a positive experience. * Coordinate offer rollouts, joining documentation, and onboarding with HR and admin teams. * Maintain accurate trackers, dashboards, and MIS for all open and closed positions. * Support employer branding, campus engagement, and process improvement initiatives. --- #### **Skills & Competencies** **Required:** * 2–4 years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment. * Sound understanding of the hiring process, and ability to independently manage multiple mandates. * Experience sourcing and screening candidates for junior and mid-level roles across functions. * Strong interviewing skills, with the ability to ask relevant questions to assess both technical and behavioural competencies. * Hands-on experience using job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.) and AI-based tools like ChatGPT for recruitment-related tasks. * Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. * Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and basic HR/recruitment software. * Fluent in English and Hindi. **Preferred:** * Prior experience hiring for EV, automotive, logistics, or consumer tech sectors. * Experience with employer branding, campus hiring, or digital engagement. --- #### **Why Join Enerjazz?** * Directly influence the talent engine of a high-growth clean mobility startup. * Exposure across functions and a collaborative, agile culture. * Opportunity to learn and use the latest digital and AI recruitment tools. * Competitive compensation, with clear growth trajectory. --- \*\*Ready to drive smart, tech-powered hiring for India’s EV revolution?\*\*\ Apply now to join Enerjazz Tech as our Junior Recruiter.
