We remain **open-minded about new tools** as there are many interesting open challenges in the work. #### 🧠 Solve meaningful challenges There is never-ending stream of **interesting, rewarding problems** to work on, since: * Our product surface area is large, with parts that face our customer (b2b) and parts that directly face the subscriber (b2b2c). * Our customers bring large, disparate data sets with wide-ranging structure challenges to solve for. * Our product integrates to a range of systems that talk to other systems in our customers’s stack: the provisioning system that controls access to their network, the monitoring systems that keep track of bandwidth usage, their CRM, marketing tools, and much more. #### 👁 Work toward a big vision We’re building towards a platform outcome.
