# About the roleHiring a full-stack engineer to join our team and focused on product engineering and shipping new features# **Things you'll be working on**Architecting and implementing full-stack product features in Typescript/React/Node is the core of what you’ll be doing. Real examples include —- Build out agentic workflows that design, build, and optimize online shops- Build out product & payments processing infrastructure- Launch analytics infra on Clickhouse/Kafka that support billions events/month- Own our user onboarding flow from end-to-end # **Looking for someone who**- Can be in office 3-4 days/week in San Francisco- Is proficient in Typescript/React/Node- Uses Cursor/Windsurf/GPT to accelerate their work- Has built products 0 -\> 1 with real users and revenue- Is OK operating independently without product/design- Is ALWAYS SHIPPING. We don't spend weeks planning features at Replo- Has a product and customer-focused mindset- Has experience being burned by deployment and maintenance issues. If you have a a strong opinion on how products should be built, that’s good- Values writing clean, maintainable software, including documentation (e.g. the code needs to be correct and run fast, but we’re the ones that have to read it and understand it)- Is comfortable with ambiguity and defining software architecture patterns to solve customer pain points# **Bonus points if you**- Have a CS degree or formal computer science/STEM backend- Have started a company before- Enjoy attending hackathons- Worked at an early-stage (Series A or earlier) startup previously- Have not wasted hours interview-prepping on Leetcode- Have an eye for visual design (or past experience in product design, Figma, etc).
