### **Andy completes clinical documentation for nurses who do home visits.**Home health nursing is a $250B industry, where 40% of revenue is spent on administrative tasks. Within 5 years, every nursing note will be done by purpose-built AI.* Andy saves nurses 20+ hours per week* Nursing agencies hire us to solve labor shortage, reduce churn and slash admin cost* Double-digit MoM growth (mostly word-of-mouth & some outbound); near-perfect retentionWe’re a small team of engineers (Google/Apple) & clinicians, passionate about improving healthcare in a focused and meaningful way.### **What you’ll do**You will design & scale systems from scratch and jump in on the highest-impact projects:* Launch AI features to cleverly extract structured data from messy PDFs & audio transcripts* Build intuitive UX that make humans more accurate/productive* Scale backends and experiment with new tools**Bonus**: learn medicine & see how money flows in healthcare.### **Who you are**You are a strong generalist engineer who takes end-to-end ownership from idea to launch.
