We already have a global presence with customers in 5 countries across UK, US, APAC and India Yet, we’re still at the start of our journey, and we want exceptional people to join us! ## **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist in the creation of wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile interfaces. * Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and define product requirements. * Participate in user research activities, including interviews, surveys, and usability tests. * Refine and iterate on designs based on feedback from the team and users. * Support the design team in developing design systems, UI/UX guidelines, and maintaining design consistency across products. * Use tools such as Figma, or other design software to create compelling visuals and design assets. * Contribute to brainstorming sessions, bringing innovative ideas to enhance the user experience. * Assist in conducting competitive analysis and staying up-to-date on design trends and best practices. ## **Qualifications:** * Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Product Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field. * Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent software. * Basic understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing. * Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions. * A creative mindset with strong attention to detail. * Ability to collaborate in a team environment and take constructive feedback. * Portfolio showcasing design work (class projects, freelance, or personal work are acceptable). ### **Preferred Skills:** * Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development (a plus, but not required). * Experience with motion design or prototyping tools such as InVision, Principle, or Framer. * Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in a fast-paced startup environment. ### **What We Offer:** * Hands-on experience working on live projects with cross-functional teams. * Mentorship from experienced product designers and other team members. * Exposure to the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch. * A collaborative and creative work environment that encourages growth. * Opportunity to build your portfolio with real-world projects.
