The role

Based in Delhi NCR | Travel across IndiaWe’re looking for an **Operations Lead** to build and run our worker video-collection operations across India.\You'll run our collection partners and camera fleet end to end: onboarding partners, weekly hour targets, same-day uploads, shipping, deposits and repairs, and hitting our quality, diversity and consent targets, opening new sites yourself when partners fall short.When partners fall short, you won’t wait for someone else to solve it. You’ll identify gaps, and get operations back on track.**What we’re looking for*** 2+ years of experience running field teams or distributed operations in India* Experience in logistics, quick commerce, gig work, data collection, or a similar field-operations environment* Comfortable operating independently in fast-moving, ambiguous environments* Willingness to travel frequently across India
