The role

We need someone who can walk into a physician practice cold and walk out with a meeting. You will open doors at orthopedics groups, multi-specialty groups, surgery centers, and the management companies behind them.You will be one of our first sales hires, working directly with the founders and our AE, and you own the top of the funnel for physician practices with a clear path to AE.Be clear-eyed about the hard part: you will live on the road. Multiple states, weeks away from home, a lot of driving and a lot of flights. If you want to sleep in your own bed every night, this is the wrong role.### **Why Clicks**Physician groups are drowning in payer work: prior auths, eligibility, claims, denials, follow-up. Staff work overtime, the practice hires every year, the backlog still grows. We build AI agents that do that work. They open the EHR and the payer portal, apply each payer's rules, complete the submission, and write the status back, around the clock, at a fraction of the offshore costs.$4.5M+ raised from Y Combinator, 20VC, Fly Ventures, Yellow, and Calm/Storm.### **What you'll do**\- **Work a territory in person.** Build a route, hit practices, get to the office manager, the administrator, and the physician owner. Calls and email support the visits, they do not replace them.\- **Own pipeline generation.** Target orthopedics, multi-specialty groups, surgery centers, and the management companies behind them. Build the list, work it, keep the funnel full.\- **Hand the AE opportunities worth closing.** You bring the meeting and the context, the AE runs the deal.\- **Build the playbook.** You are the first person doing this at Clicks. What works in your market becomes how we attack the next ten.### **Your first 90 days**\- **By day 5:** you know the product and the pitch, and you are in practices.\- **By day 30:** you own your market and hit a consistent meeting quota.\- **Over time:** you own field sales for a region and hire and train the reps who cover the rest.### Who you are\- 2+ years in field sales, with numbers to show. Pharma, medical device, or diagnostics preferred.\- You have sold to physicians in person and know how a practice actually runs.\- Comfortable with rejection at the front desk and back the next week anyway.\- Genuinely fine with heavy travel. This is the part most candidates underestimate.\- You want to sell AI, not samples, and you are genuinely curious about how it works.### Location and travelBased in San Francisco or New York. You cover markets across multiple states, so expect to travel most weeks.
