Our mission is to financialize and democratize sports trading - taking a closed system run by casinos and turning it into a fair, efficient, two-sided market where the power sits with users.With CFTC approval on the horizon, we're poised to go live across all 50 states as the leading sports-focused, federally regulated market built on trust, transparency, and real user protection.We're backed by some of Silicon Valley's top investors — Pantera, Forerunner, Lux, NFX, Paul Graham, and Joe Montana — who have collectively invested over $100M behind this vision.### **About the Role**Novig is building the leading sports prediction market in America — and we're doing it by showing up in front of high-intent sports traders through affiliate partners.We're looking for an Affiliate GTM Lead to own Novig's affiliate program end to end. You'll recruit, onboard, manage, and optimize a growing portfolio of partners, from influential individuals and creators to communities, media publishers, and product integrations, all driving new users to Novig. This role spans growth, content, partnerships, and product — turning partnerships into real growth.This is a performance role at heart. You'll run the affiliate channel like a portfolio: finding the partners worth investing in, giving them what they need to win, and using data to scale what works and cut what doesn't.This isn't a strategy-only role. It's for someone who can take a partner from first outreach to signed deal to live, tracking, and performing in hours or days, not weeks, and then keep making them better.### **Who you are and what you will do**- Own Novig's affiliate GTM strategy and performance, including targets for acquisition volume, CAC, user quality, and payback- Build a deep pipeline of affiliate partners across influential individuals, creators, communities, sports media and content sites, and product integrations- Run high-volume outbound through cold outreach, inbound, and network sourcing to consistently add new high-quality partners- Negotiate and close deals end-to-end, structuring commissions (CPA, rev share, hybrid), bonuses, deliverables, and terms that align partner incentives with Novig's growth goals- Onboard partners quickly and cleanly with tracking, creative assets, messaging guidelines, and everything they need to go live- Build the systems that let the program scale, including playbooks, partner CRM, reporting dashboards, and onboarding processes- Experienced in affiliate, partnerships, or performance marketing, ideally in sports betting, fantasy, fintech, trading, or high-growth consumer apps- Organized enough to manage dozens of partnerships simultaneously, and thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments with ambiguity and intensity### **Why work here, in the words of the people who do**_“I work with extremely stellar people, I own real systems, and decisions happen fast.
