**About Spott**Spott is a YC-backed AI startup with its HQ in Leuven, Belgium and an office in NYC and Sydney. We are on a mission to transform the recruitment industry. Together, we’re building the first AI-native recruitment platform (ATS & CRM) that empowers professional recruiters to close more placements and help everyone find the right job more easily.**Why**Recruitment is an $700B+ industry still running on outdated methods. The biggest players are slow to innovate. Spott isn’t a tool that will be added to legacy software, it is a full reset. We are the core operating software. AI-native, fast, scalable, and personal.**What We’re Looking For**✔️ You have a Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Communications or a related field.Recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience in a sales development, business development or other junior sales role.✔️ Hands-on outbound or prospecting experience: cold calls, email sequences, LinkedIn, and, if you have sales experience, can point to activity or results you personally drove.✔️ High energy, self-motivation and a relentless drive to learn and win.✔️ Clear, confident verbal and written communication skills in English (any other language is a plus).✔️ Curiosity about sales technology and an interest in recruitment software or SaaS.**What You’ll Do**✔️ You’ll help build Spott’s outbound motion from the ground up, working closely with our GTM team and a dedicated senior AE as your mentor.✔️ Own outbound pipeline generation through cold calls, email sequences, and LinkedIn.✔️ Book and qualify meetings for the sales team.✔️ Join sales calls to learn the full cycle.✔️ Research target accounts and help shape outreach messaging.**What We Offer**✔️ The chance to grow with us and achieve your (international) career aspirations.✔️ Great team vibe with regular dinners, sports activities and international offsites.✔️ Overall, if joining a high-growth company, with an extremely talented & ambitious team sounds appealing to you, then you should apply, even if you don't match all criteria
