**About Corgi**Corgi is vertically integrating the entire insurance industry. We design, underwrite, price, and issue insurance directly: no brokers, no third-party administrators. Insurance is the largest unautomated industry in financial services, and we're rebuilding it from the ground up using AI. We've raised $350M+ from Kindred, TCV, and others to do so.Building something great requires working hard. We are in the office 7 days a week. We are meritocratic with very high standards. But if you deliver, you have unlimited scope to grow.**About the Role**We're hiring a Project Manager for the Operations Team to own delivery across the systems and workflows our ops and engineering teams ship.Insurance is an operations problem. Quoting, underwriting, binding, claims, renewals: every one of those still has people moving work between systems. Your job is to make that work get done: prioritize the backlog, drive execution with engineers and ops, keep stakeholders aligned, and turn messy process into shipped product. You'll work closely with the Software Engineers on the Operations Team and with underwriting, claims, and policy admin.This role is based in our London office.**What You'll Do*** Own the Operations Team delivery cadence from day one.* Turn ops pain into clear specs, priorities, and shipped outcomes.* Drive cross-functional work between engineering, underwriting, claims, and policy admin.* Track progress, unblock people, and keep quality high without slowing the team down.* Use AI tooling to move faster than a team our size should be able to.**Who You Are*** Strong project / program management fundamentals.* High ownership and relentless execution. You get things done.* Product and business intuition.* You can look at a messy process or a half-built workflow and tell what's wrong, then drive the fix.**Preferred Qualifications*** 2+ years of project management, program management, or ops-heavy product delivery.* Comfortable working with engineers and technical systems (schema, APIs, UI, deployments) even if you aren't writing the code.* Experience with TypeScript/Python/React stacks is helpful for communication, not required to code in them.* Very fluent with AI tooling.* Experience in fintech, insurance, or workflow automation is helpful but not required.**About the interview*** Step 1: 15-minute intro call with the hiring manager.* Step 2: Take-home task.* Step 3: 48-hour in-person work trial in our London office.
