About Lab0
AI FDEs to make your B2B SaaS Go Live in Days, not Months
Tech
Tech at Lab0 - Go backend and React frontend - GCP as the primary cloud - A customized Google ADK agent harness - A Bifrost-powered LLM gateway - Models from Anthropic, OpenAI, and Gemini - SaaS, self-hosted, on-prem, and air-gapped deployments We have millions in API credits and expect our engineers to use agents heavily in their own work. What we're working on Enterprise platforms were built for people, not agents. Our work includes: - Building agent-safe CLIs, connectors, API wrappers, and browser automation - Limiting the impact of mistakes in production systems Adding dry runs, snapshots, restore tools, and compensating actions where native undo does not exist - Building audit trails that fit customer change-management processes - Managing shared agent memory, including versioning, conflicts, and provenance - Creating evaluation systems without an established ground truth - Running low-latency voice agents across Zoom, Teams, and Meet - Supporting cloud, on-prem, and offline environments with different models and infrastructure - Defending against prompt injection with restricted identities and tool allowlists
The role
₹15 to 40 lakh a year + 0.05% to 0.5% equity. Full-time, in-office in Bengaluru. 3+ years of professional experience.Make complex enterprise software easy to understand and worth paying attention to.We're hiring a founding product marketer with a sharp design eye, some copywriting experience, and the ability to make excellent work with AI. You'll take a product story from the first conversation with the team to the finished launch, then get on a customer call and hear how it lands.### About Lab0Lab0 builds AI agents that help consulting firms and enterprise teams implement software 10x faster and cheaper. The agents help with requirements, configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, and go-live. Consultants keep control of the client relationship and delivery decisions.### Why joinYou'll work directly with the founders and product team to shape how Lab0 looks and sounds to enterprise buyers. Get involved while features are taking shape, find the story worth telling, and own the finished work.Start by making the work yourself. As Lab0 grows, you'll have the opportunity to build the marketing team and set its creative standard. You'll build a portfolio of complete launches and sales material used in real customer conversations, with direct feedback on what helps a buyer take the next step.### What you'll own* Complete product launches. Take a feature from positioning to its launch page, demo video, sales material, and follow-up content. Help decide what deserves attention and how to bring it to market.* Sales and product decks. Find the story, write the copy, and design the finished slides for the buyer in front of you.* Marketing and demo videos. Take them from script through recording, editing, and final polish. Make the product's value visible in the demo.* Feature and SEO pages. Write and build pages that answer buyer questions, explain the product clearly, and give readers a reason to book a demo.* Customer demos and sales support. Learn the product, run live demos, help with follow-ups, and turn buyer questions into better material.* Reusable creative assets and AI workflows. Turn a strong customer conversation into material for a deck, video, and page. Build templates, writing guidelines, Claude skills, and automations the whole team can use.### What good looks likeYour audience includes consulting partners, delivery leaders, and enterprise teams who know how software implementations go wrong. Your work should answer their hardest questions and hold up when they look closely. The claims need to be defensible; the finished work should feel ready to put in front of a senior buyer. Some references for the craft: [Front's public Series B deck](https://front.com/blog/front-series-b-deck) for presenting a business story, [Webflow University](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E5WGzdnR2Gw) for product explanation on video, and [Linear's Initiatives launch](https://linear.app/changelog/2024-06-25-introducing-initiatives) for a feature page. Bring your own references too, and tell us what makes them good.### What we're looking for* A portfolio of polished work you personally made, with clear ownership of the writing, design, or production.* Some copywriting experience. You can find a useful angle, write a strong headline, and explain a technical product clearly. Show us landing pages, sales emails, or launch announcements you've written.* A good eye for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy, plus a feel for pacing and sound in video. You know when something needs another edit.* Practical experience with Claude and other AI tools. Walk us through a workflow you built, how you check its output, and where your judgment improves it.* Comfort talking to customers and presenting live. You ask good questions and can turn an incomplete brief into finished work.Experience with enterprise software, consulting, or B2B product marketing will help.### Your first three monthsLearn the product through customer demos, sharpen our core sales deck, and take a feature through a complete launch. Leave behind reusable assets and AI workflows that make the next launch easier. Use customer feedback and sales conversations to see which work helps buyers understand Lab0 and move forward.### Show us your workSend a few examples, ideally including a deck, a video, and a live page. Include a copywriting sample. Tell us what you made or edited yourself, who it was for, and what happened after it shipped. We'd also like to see one skill or automation you've built and hear what it helped you do.
