We are looking for an experienced senior software engineer to join our team and contribute to a number of areas.**Areas you may work in:*** Agent infrastructure and code* Product surfaces* Evals and reliability* Models**You may be a good fit if you:*** Want to work in person in San Francisco* Have strong software engineering fundamentals, with experience building production systems end to end* Have built and operated production systems and can explain the decisions, tradeoffs, and outcomes you owned* Independently identify important problems, define your own work, and follow through without waiting for a specification* Bring technical depth and learn quickly when the problem takes you into unfamiliar areas* Communicate your reasoning clearly and work well with people who will question it**Even better:*** You've built a product from scratch or helped shape an early engineering team* You've shipped agents or other AI systems into production* You’ve participated in hackathons
