No, not the spreadsheet person. A **Chief Fan Officer**. We're talking about the single most locked-in, most passionate, most "I could coach this team better" sports fan in America.If you live and breathe your team, and you're great on camera — this is the job for you. You watch, you yap, you take the Ws, you take the Ls personally **.** If you already do this for free, we're honestly a little insulted you haven't been getting paid for it. Let's fix that. **Disclaimer:** This role is **not for the casual observer.** If you have ever left a game early to beat traffic, close this tab.### **Who you are:**- **You know ball.** You can defend your team against any stranger, hater, or comment section- **You live on camera. Big personality, zero shyness** — And the screen loves you back.- **You own content end-to-end.** Script it, film it, edit it, post it daily across IG, Tik Tok, X, and more, to capture your city’s attention- **You’re locked in on nights and weekends** — Duh, it’s football season- **You have a Novig account** — You understand the product and its value- **You're 21+ –** No McLovins- **You live where your team plays —** No long-distance relationships### **What you will do:**- **Go to the games.** Every home game, on the house- **Host local events.** Watch parties, tailgates, meetups - bring your fanbase together- **Capture it all.** Create and share content from every game, event, and tailgate - the wins, the losses, the chaos in between.- **Be the face of Novig -** Wherever fans gather, you're there repping the brand.- **Build the roster.** Manage a team of Professional Sports Fans across the country - you're the commissioner.### **Nice-To-Have**- Existing audience/following on TikTok, IG, or X- Hall-of-Fame caliber Dance moves- Strong local network → knows other fan accounts, athletes, bar/venue connections, game-day access- Has correctly predicted the Gatorade color- Basic performance-marketing literacy (knows what a hook is, reads their own analytics)- Willing to tailgate at a professional level (and break folding tables if required)- Access to game days (season ticket holder, media pass, tailgate regular)- Prolific fantasy football punishment ideator- Represent the company on local and national news broadcasts (especially if temperature falls below 20 degrees)- Proficient in explaining obscure sports concepts (In-Field Fly Rule, Tuck Rule, etc.)- A mullet### **Perks & Bonuses**- Annual jersey stipend (Trade Insurance Included)- Jumbotron appearance bonuses- Impression and view bonuses- Sign up bonuses- Tickets (including Super Bowl tickets if your team makes it)### **Compensation**- Monthly payments made based on project deliverables and performance bonuses with an estimated annual compensation between $100K - $300K- _Note: This is an independent contractor position and not full-time employment._### **Application: Video Submission**- Make a short video showing us why you're the pick: your personality, your fandom, your takes.
