### About EducatoEducato is a YC-backed AI exam-prep company helping students study more effectively through personalized learning plans, practice questions, mock exams, and AI tutoring.We are building a creator-led growth engine market by market, with the goal of launching in as many markets as possible. We’re looking for local UGC creators to join our team and help us launch and grow our UGC program in their markets.### About the role* Manage our UGC campaign in your market.* Find and recruit UGC creators.* Work closely with our global GTM team, who will teach you everything you need to know about the campaign.### What you’ll do* Find and recruit creators on TikTok and Instagram.* Negotiate rates, onboard creators, and manage campaigns.* Review content and give fast, clear feedback.* Keep creators, deadlines, deliverables, and payments organized.### You’re a great fit if* You are a native speaker of the main language used in the market you want to lead.* You have good English communication skills.* You are a UGC creator or have previous experience creating UGC for brands.* You understand what makes short-form content feel authentic, engaging, and native to your market.* You’re organized and communicate well.* You get things done and are a fast learner.* Experience managing creators matters less than execution and firsthand UGC knowledge.### What we offer* Full ownership of the creator program in your market.* Competitive local salary and performance bonuses.* Creator budget, proven formats, and support from our global team.* Room to grow into larger markets.###
