Your work decides what 40,000 businesses do next, and it ships to real customers in days, not quarters.\### What you'll do\- Own evals, agent architectures, and model strategy end to end\- Run the loop from research experiments to production systems\- Build the research function: you're its first member and its leader\- Set the technical direction toward fully self-driving businesses\### Who you are\- Deep hands-on experience with LLM agents, evals, or applied ML research\- You measure your work by what ships, not what publishes\- Comfortable being the entire research org on day one
