We are looking for a Founding Engineer to join our team in a full-time capacity, with the flexibility for partial remote work. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the development and scaling of our cutting-edge data warehouse. Collaborating closely with our engineering team, you will play a key role in architecting the platform, crafting and implementing sophisticated algorithms and models, and partnering with cross-functional teams to foster innovation and improve performance.

Hiring a head of product management for Roe. Roe builds risk agents to help battle fraud and compliance in a $400B+ market. **Must requirement:** 1. You have a constant stream of ideas in your past experiences, based on your understanding of customer needs.2. You have turned these ideas into product prototype yourself in a weekend with the help of coding AI. 3. You can quickly polish and promote these prototype into production by talking to customers.4. You are based in Bay Area, California. 5. You have 6 years+ product or engineering experience.**Optional requirement**1. You were a founder in the past. 2. You have built an AI-native product.
