About Landeed
Landeed is Indiaโs digital infrastructure for property intelligence, title verification and transactions
Tech
### Backend Rust, gRPC, and PostgreSQL on AWS. We're building a next-generation API, prioritising good tools for getting code from local to prod with minimal red tape and review. We're also working on new tools like a dynamically created DAG of automated workflows that will pick apart and analyze ownership history, making the information immediately available to the user. ### Frontend React Native, Redux, CodePush, Detox, and RNTL. React Native has allowed us to prototype extremely quickly, taking an average of 3 weeks to release entirely new apps. We focus on ease of use and quick iteration, gathering feedback from users and pushing updates immediately with codepush. We've also developed a custom framework for forced updates when breaking changes are required.
The role
**ABOUT THE ROLE**When one of our priority clients places an order, someone is about to commit serious money on the strength of what we tell them. The document they are waiting for sits behind a government office we do not control. You look after every one of those orders, from payment to delivery. Not the queue โ the individual cases, by name. The measure of this role is simple: the document arrives when we said it would, and the client never has to ask where it is.We are hiring 4 Priority Case Managers.**WHAT YOU'LL OWN*** End-to-end ownership of priority cases, tracked through every office, team and field agent between the order and the document* Proactive communication. The client hears from you before they think to ask. When something slips they hear it from you first, with a new date and a reason โ not an apology after the deadline has passed.* Unblocking: chasing sub-registrar and revenue offices, escalating internally, finding the second route when the first one stalls* The standard of the written word. These clients are lenders and law firms, and every message going out should read like it came from a professional services firm.* Root causes. Where the same delay keeps recurring, name it and push for the fix rather than absorbing it every month.* Working alongside the VIP Client Advisor, who looks after the relationship while you look after the delivery**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**Around 2โ4 years of experience is typical, but we care about judgement and writing far more than tenure. A sharp person two years into their career will do this better than someone who has spent ten years never owning an outcome.* Exceptional written English. This is a hard requirement and we will look at it closely in the interview.* Organised enough to hold a hundred live cases without letting one go quiet* Calm and precise under pressure, especially when the delay is not your fault* Comfortable with trackers, CRM tools and building your own reporting* Fluent English and Telugu or Hindi* Graduates from any discipline**COMPENSATION**โน6L โ โน7L fixed, plus โน1.8L โ โน3.6L variable. On-target earnings โน7.8L โ โน10.6L.**HOW SUCCESS IS MEASURED*** Documents delivered by the date we promised* The client hears from us before the promised date, every time* No silent delays* Clients who trust us with the next one* Recurring causes of delay identified and fixed**INTERVIEW PROCESS**1. Intro call (30 min)2. Written exercise โ an order is four days late because a government office is shut. Write the client email.3. Operations round (60 min) โ how you would run a case that is going wrong4. Founder conversation (30 min)We move fast. The whole process takes about a week.
