### About EducatoEducato is a YC-backed AI learning company helping students prepare for exams through personalized study plans, practice questions, mock exams, and AI tutoring.We’re building a creator-led growth engine across multiple countries. We’re hiring someone to launch and grow Educato’s creator program in Switzerland.### About the roleYou’ll own our UGC and creator-marketing activity in Switzerland. You’ll identify promising creators, build relationships with them, manage campaigns, and help turn successful content into a repeatable growth channel.This is an entry-level role with meaningful ownership. You don’t need years of experience—we care more about judgment, initiative, communication, and execution.### What you’ll do* Find and recruit creators on TikTok and Instagram.* Evaluate creators based on audience, content quality, and brand fit.* Negotiate rates and onboard creators.* Manage briefs, deadlines, feedback, deliverables, and payments.* Track campaign results and identify successful content patterns.* Share local market insights with Educato’s global growth team.* Build a reliable pipeline of creators for your market.### You’re a great fit if* You’re a native German, French, or Italian speaker with strong English skills.* You understand the culture, trends, and creator ecosystem in Switzerland.* You’re organized, proactive, and comfortable managing several projects.* You communicate clearly and give thoughtful feedback.* You enjoy TikTok, Instagram, creator marketing, or digital media.* You learn quickly and take responsibility for results.Previous marketing experience is helpful but not required.### What we offer* Full ownership of Educato’s creator program in Switzerland.* Annual compensation of **$58,400–$116,800 USD, including base salary and performance-based bonuses.*** A dedicated creator budget and proven campaign formats.* Training and support from our global growth team.* A path to manage larger campaigns, budgets, and markets.
