### About EducatoEducato is a YC-backed AI exam-prep company helping students study more effectively through personalized learning plans, practice questions, mock exams, and AI tutoring. We are building a creator-led growth engine market by market. We’re looking for someone to join our team and help us grow our UGC program in Italy. ### About the role* Manage our UGC campaign in Italy* Find and recruit UGC creators * Work closely with our global GTM team who will teach you everything you need to know about the campaign### What you’ll do* Find and recruit creators on TikTok and Instagram.* Negotiate rates, onboard creators, and manage campaigns.* Review content and give fast, clear feedback.* Keep creators, deadlines, deliverables, and payments organized.### You’re a great fit if* You are a native Italian speaker with good English skills* You’re organized and communicate well* You get things done and are a fast learner* Experience matters less than execution### What we offer* Full ownership of the creator program in your market* Competitive local salary + performance bonuses* Creator budget, proven formats, and support from our global team* Room to grow into larger markets
