Clinikally is looking for a sharp and energetic **Frontend Engineer** to help us build flawless, high-performing user experiences that deliver real health impact. We are scaling our engineering-first, AI-native team to support our growing community. This is your opportunity to jump straight into a role where your code reaches millions of users, contributing directly to our core marketplace platform, telehealth infrastructure, and specialized AI-driven health tools. You will work closely with product, design, backend, and infrastructure teams to build and optimize the frontend systems powering teleconsultations, e-commerce, customer journeys, and internal platforms across Clinikally.**Key Responsibilities:*** **Frontend Architecture & Engineering:** Design and build scalable, production-grade frontend applications using **JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, and Next.js**, with expertise in **SSR/SSG/ISR, state management, monorepo architecture, reusable packages, and modern developer tooling** such as ESLint, Prettier, and Husky.* **Performance & Technical SEO:** Own and drive **frontend performance and advanced technical SEO**, with a strong focus on **bundle optimization, Core Web Vitals, caching, rendering strategies, network efficiency, accessibility, observability, and cross-browser compatibility**.* **Scalable Frontend Systems:** Build **reusable, modular, and maintainable components and systems** that enable faster development, consistent user experiences, and long-term scalability.* **Performance-First Development:** Continuously identify and eliminate frontend bottlenecks across **page load, rendering, bundle size, API/network calls, and runtime responsiveness**.* **Product Experience:** Build intuitive, high-performance experiences across **teleconsultations, e-commerce, and digital healthcare journeys**, directly impacting how users discover, interact with, and access healthcare.**Requirements:*** 3+ years of hands-on frontend development experience.* Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Next.js.* Experience building and working on scalable, production-grade frontend systems.* Proven experience in frontend performance optimization.* Experience leading or owning at least one project end-to-end.Location: Sector 44, Gurgaon (Work from Office)
