**MadeThis** is your AI co-founder. Describe a business and it builds it, launches it, and runs it, autonomously. We're 3 people with 30,000+ businesses on the platform, $0 to $1M in revenue in our first 90 days, on track for $10M ARR by December. For enterprises, we integrate with their existing business infrastructure (CRM, ERM, EOR, etc.) and automate repeatable business operations with “AI employees”.**What you'll do**\- Embed with one enterprise customer and own the outcome, from the first audit to a working AI employee.\- Build their company brain: connect the tools, model the workflows, train the agent on their best people.\- Work on-site. You're the face of MadeThis inside their walls.**What success looks like in your first 30 days**\- Sourced, closed, and implemented a mid-market or enterprise deal worth $60k in annual contract value.\- Built repeatable systems from that first deal so the next ones close and deploy faster.**You might be a fit if**\- You're a strong generalist engineer who likes shipping inside someone else's world.\- You can sit with a CEO in the morning and debug a pipeline in the afternoon.\- You want ownership of a customer, not a queue of tickets.**Details**\- San Francisco, Salt Lake City, or New York\- $250k OTE\- Hiring 5+ for this roleSkip the cover letter.
