The role

Manicule is building **AgentRel**: systems that help companies become sources AI agents cite and recommend.A lot of developer-tool companies are technically interesting and completely forgettable on X. Their posts are correct, polished, and dead.I’m looking for someone who understands why certain technical ideas spread. You can find a sharp point of view, write in a founder’s actual voice, and turn product work into posts developers want to discuss.You care about more than impressions. You understand how X creates category awareness, relationships, signups, and pipeline, and you can show examples where your work did that.You should be extremely AI-native, but allergic to AI slop. The goal is to use agents to research and iterate faster without making every account sound the same.**What you’ll do*** Own X strategy for Manicule and our customers.* Interview founders and engineers, then turn their ideas into posts and threads.* Build distribution through replies, conversations, and relationships.* Measure engagement, profile visits, signups, and pipeline.* Build AI workflows that improve speed without destroying voice.**Who we’re looking for*** 1+ years working on X for technical companies or founders.* Experience with developer tools, infrastructure, or AI.* A portfolio showing at least two projects and their measurable results.* Strong opinions about why most corporate X accounts are boring.**Your first 30 days**You’ll own X for one customer: learn the product, develop the founder’s voice, build the strategy, ship consistently, and find the formats and ideas that earn real engagement.By the end of the month, the account should sound unmistakably like them, not like an AI content calendar.**Details*** In person in Singapore.* $50K–$100K USD annually.* 0.5%–1% equity.* Unlimited GPT and Claude, including Fable.
