Here are the technical problems you're solving: • **RL for software personalization** - dynamic assignment of price, paywalls, and experiences to different users based on what improves metrics • **Automated a/b testing** - building systems that automatically chooses and runs new paywall experiments to run based on analytics + codegen models • **AI editor** - think Bolt/Lovable for paywalls • **Billion scale content serving** - we're building a python service to process thousands of QPS that serving assets to millions of phones daily → soon to be billions • **Mobile webview optimization** - building a webview layer that feels native across 4 mobile stacks

We’re…* **Talent-dense** (8 people, 6 engineers, 75% ex-founders)* **Well-funded** ($6M from Google & Leaders from OpenAI)* **Fast-growing** (Serving tens of millions of AI experiences per day for top consumer companies).Learn more at [careers.tryhelium.com](https://careers.tryhelium.com)# **What You’ll Do****You’ll work from our SF Penthouse office and own Helium’s social media and growth strategy.*** Regularly posting from the company and founder accounts* Writing articles and producing videos highlighting customers, new features, and industry news* Creating ‘viral moments’, including by launching sidekick products and making them go viral* Setting up and running events in the US and internationally (Includes travel)* Wearing a lot more hats than listed above 👷.# **What We’re Looking For*** **Perpetually Online**: You know online Twitter/Tiktok/Insta (even LinkedIn) culture. You have a finger on the pulse, and hopefully have gone viral before* **Amazing Storyteller**: You’re an excellent writer and storyteller. You’ve written beautiful articles or essays, and/or produced stunning videos.* **Creative & Scrappy**: You’re willing to do whatever it takes to knock your goals out of the park. You propose ideas and quickly validate them. You work extremely fast.Nice to have’s* You’re already an influencer or have gone viral multiple times* You’ve built mobile apps* You know how to code (or are learning)* You’ve worked at a startup before
