We are a full-stack engineering team. We design and fabricate the electrical components: RF coils, gradient coils, TR switches, etc. We program the MRI using our MRI pulse sequences, and we reconstruct the data using imaging algorithms developed in-house.
The role
## About the Role* Pay: $2,300 per week + equity* Contract length: 3 months, with extension opportunities* Schedule: Standard business hours — occasional weekends (no nights)* Start date: October 1, 2026* Location: Minneapolis, MN — mobile unit deployed to partner clinic sites## This Isn't a Standard MRI Tech JobFor the next 3+ months, you'll operate a conventional mobile MRI system to run our live clinical pilot with a Minneapolis-area urology partner. At the same time, our engineering team will be building our next-generation, first-of-its-kind MRI platform.You will have a direct, documented channel to our engineering and product team. Every workflow friction point, every awkward positioning moment, every “I wish this scanner just did X” — that feedback goes straight into how Adialante’s system interface, protocols, and clinical workflow get built. Most techs spend a career adapting to whatever system they're handed. In this role, you'll directly influence product development and help shape how an actual MRI system is made.## What You'll Do* In your initial 3 months — conventional MRI, live pilot: * Perform multiparametric prostate MRI exams on a conventional 1.5T system * Operate the day-to-day mobile unit workflow * Voice frustrations, insights, and feedback on conventional MRI directly to an engineering team developing a new system in parallel* If your contract extends toward system launch, you will: * Be among the first technologists in the world to operate our system * Help finalize clinical protocols, safety workflows, and technologist-facing software before broader rollout * Continue as a permanent or extended member of the clinical team as we scale## What We're Looking For* ARRT(MR) certification required; ARMRIT accepted* BLS certification through AHA or ARC* Minimum 1–2 years of MRI experience; prostate or pelvic imaging experience is a strong plus* Comfortable working independently in a non-traditional, mobile clinical setting* Genuine curiosity about how imaging technology gets built* Strong communication skills## Compensation* Weekly pay: $2,300* Contract length: 3 months, with extension opportunities* Completion bonus: $1,000 + equity, paid at end of contract## Benefits* 401(k) matching* Malpractice and liability coverage provided* Comprehensive health coverage* Daily lunch provided* Monthly gym reimbursement* Schedule: Standard business hours — occasional weekends (no nights)## Why This Role Is Different From Every Other MRI Tech Listing You're Looking At* You will help build and shape our company.* You shape a product, not just run one.* You'll get real equity, not just a paycheck.
