**Salary:** ₹10 lakh–₹25 lakh per year\**Experience:** Fresh graduates to 4 years\**Location:** Bengaluru (primary) or Hyderabad\**Work arrangement:** Full-time, work from office## About Our ProductsAlgoUniversity builds technology-led learning products that help ambitious students become strong software engineers.Our founding team includes Olympiad medalists, ACM-ICPC World Finalists, and alumni of IIT Bombay and IIIT Hyderabad, with engineering experience at companies such as Google and Apple.You’ll build products for AlgoUniversity and Tensor School - including AI agents, coding-agent harnesses, learning systems, and end-to-end platforms with products ranging from launching stage to 1M users.## What You’ll Build* AI agents and harnesses for software-development and learning agents* End-to-end products across frontend, backend, APIs, and infrastructure* Tools that use coding agents to improve how software is built and how students learn* Reliable production systems used by a large and growing learner community* New product capabilities directly alongside the CTO## Your First 60 Days**First 30 days:** Work directly with the CTO to launch the next version of our AI-agent harness to 1 lakh users.\**By 60 days:** Scale the harness, improve its reliability, and expand what it can do alongside the CTO.## What We’re Looking For* Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of software-development experience* Strong software-engineering fundamentals* Experience building full-stack projects or products* Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, Docker, Azure, or AWS* Practical experience using coding agents such as Codex or Claude Code* Ability to take a problem from idea to working production software* Comfort learning quickly and working across different parts of the stack## The Strongest ApplicationShow us not tell - something you have built. \A deployed product, AI agent, open-source contribution, or **SERIOUS** side project is the quickest way to demonstrate your ability.\Tell us what you built, why you built it, and which parts you owned.## Engineering Perks* Access to the latest AI models, coding agents, and developer tools* Company-provided unlimited token access for engineering work* Freedom to experiment with new models and agentic workflows* Direct experience building production-grade AI-agent systems## Why JoinYou’ll work directly with the CTO, ship to real users early, and build at the intersection of software development, AI agents, and education.This is an in-person role based primarily in Bengaluru, with Hyderabad available depending on the team you join.
