The role

About This RoleThe best engineers at Superwall all have one thing in common: they know exactly how customers use the product, because they've been in the trenches with them. That's why this role starts in support — you'll master Superwall from the inside, see the real pain points firsthand, and earn the trust of developers who ship with us every day.Once you've built that context (6–12 months, or whenever you're ready), you'll move into full-stack engineering — working across our mobile SDKs, web dashboard, backend and more.This isn't a support role with an eventual transition — it's an engineering position with a strategic onboarding.Compensation & Perks\- $130,000/yr\- Global Remote (US timezones preferred)\- Side projects welcome & encouraged\- Comprehensive top-tier benefitsWhat You'll Do\- Support developers integrating the Superwall SDK (Swift, Kotlin, React Native, Dart)\- Debug technical issues across our entire stack — SDK, backend, analytics, dashboard\- Deploy bug fixes and improvements as you identify them\- Build internal tooling and processes that make support more efficient and scalable\- Collaborate with engineering & product teams to improve docs, SDK usability, and developer experience\- Become a trusted technical advisor to customers — from indie developers to enterprise teamsOur Stack\- TypeScript monorepo with Effect\- ClickHouse\- MySQL & Vitess with PlanetScale\- Kafka with WarpStreamWho You Are\- A strong full-stack developer who loves helping other developers succeed\- You find satisfaction in solving customer problems and unblocking developers\- Genuinely excited about developer experience and support engineering\- Strong written & spoken communication skills (English native a bonus, not required)\- You thrive on ownership and aren't afraid to wear multiple hatsAbout SuperwallSuperwall is the world's most powerful monetization platform for mobile apps.
