The role

What you'll do* Act as a lead for commercial work and shaping product strategy and go-to-market approach* Own commercial legal work end to end — drafting, reviewing, and negotiating MSAs, commercial contracts, NDAs, and other core agreements when needed* Build, test, and refine our US product from a legal perspective, evolving core templates and playbooks* Partner with the founding team to design scalable legal workflows that drive product adoption and growth* Provide strategic guidance on US commercial and corporate matters as we scaleWhat we're looking for* 4+ years of experience with commercial/contracts law at a leading law firm or in-house at a major tech company or growth startup* Deep experience drafting and negotiating contracts and MSAs* JD and active license to practice law in NYC or SF (non negotiable requirement)* Based in, or willing to move to, San Francisco* Entrepreneurial mindset and excitement about building something new* Genuine interest in innovation, AI, and legal tech* Comfort operating in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment* Reside in SF/Bay-area and ready to work 5 days a week in officeCompensation: $ 180K-250K + equity.
