The role

## **Job Description**You will focus on the day-to-day compliance operations of our first nonprofit identity network. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our commitment to regulatory excellence and maintaining strong relationships with regulators, nonprofits, and our partner bank.- Review and clear escalated compliance onboarding cases and transaction monitoring cases, clearing out every case to get to "inbox zero" each day.- Improve efficiency of onboarding and transaction monitoring workflows so nonprofits and payers are verified faster without compromising accuracy. Build systems and processes to handle 1,000 cases per day.- Maintain near-zero error rate in compliance casework (onboarding, monitoring, reporting).- Reduce compliance customer support resolution time by creating documentation and using AI for clearer solutions that scale.- Optimize transaction monitoring processes to flag suspicious activity quickly and escalate appropriately.- Deliver compliance trainings and improve team-wide compliance literacy.- In-person position at Chariot’s NYC office.## 👤 **About You**- You're a natural people person. If you need to map out a complex workflow or process you can dig into the details to arrive at the right answer without losing track of the various moving pieces.- You're a doer and a manager.
