Finance Manager - iGaming

We’re working with afast-growing iGaming company, a fresh and dynamic startup, looking for an ambitiousFinance Manager to join at an exciting stage of its growth.

This is much more than a traditional finance role. You’ll initially behands-on, owning finance, accounting, cash flow, payments and reporting, while also becoming a key strategic partner to the CEO.

The role startsfully remote and will eventually move to ahighly flexible hybrid setup. You’ll also play an important role infinding and establishing the company’s future office, giving you a genuine opportunity to shape how the business develops.

The Role

• Own day-to-day finance, accounting, cash flow and payments.

• Manage reporting, forecasting, AP/AR, payroll and financial records.

• Work closely with banks, PSPs, auditors and other financial partners.

• Ensure compliance with VAT, corporate tax and relevant gaming duties.

• Support budgeting, financial planning and strategic decisions.

• Build processes and gradually develop and manage the finance function as the company grows.

• Be hands-on initially, with the opportunity to evolve into a broaderleadership and strategic position.

What we're looking for

• Strong experience as aFinance Manager, Financial Controller or Senior Accountant.

• Experience iniGaming, Fintech, Payments or another fast-paced international environment is highly desirable.

• Strong accounting, cash management and reporting skills.

• Comfortable working directly with banks, PSPs and external partners.

• Entrepreneurial, hands-on and proactive, someone who wants tobuild rather than simply maintain.
