Demand Generation Manager

Are you a data-driven marketer who knows how to turn campaigns into pipeline and revenue?

We are seeking aDemand Generation Manager to lead end-to-end campaigns across APAC, working closely with sales leadership and revenue operations to drive acquisition, expansion, and measurable growth.

This role is ideal for someone with strong experience inSaaS or professional services, who is comfortable owning campaign strategy, execution, optimisation, and ROI.

About the Role

Reporting to theSenior Director of International Marketing, you will develop and execute multi-channel demand generation programs designed to increase brand awareness, generate qualified pipeline, and support revenue growth across the region.

You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, revenue operations, content, and broader marketing teams to improve funnel performance and maximise campaign impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage demand generation campaigns across acquisition and upsell channels

• Drive qualified pipeline and support monthly and quarterly revenue targets

• Build campaigns across email, webinars, PPC, SEO, content syndication, events, and other digital channels

• Partner on campaign content including white papers, case studies, landing pages, and sales enablement materials

• Identify and manage relevant in-person and virtual events across APAC

• Track campaign performance, ROI, conversion, and funnel metrics

• Run A/B testing and continuously optimise campaign performance

• Partner closely with sales and revenue operations to improve lead flow, scoring, nurturing, and conversion

• Use data and market insight to recommend new campaign strategies and opportunities

• Maintain strong marketing automation and CRM discipline

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or marketing operations

• Strong experience inSaaS, professional services, or another B2B environment

• Proven success delivering demand generation campaigns acrossAPAC

• Strong understanding of lead scoring, nurturing, funnel conversion, and marketing automation

• Proven ability to analyse campaign ROI and turn data into actionable commercial insights

• Experience partnering closely with sales teams on pipeline and revenue generation

• Strong communication, writing, project management, and stakeholder management skills

• Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
