Lead, Partner Solutions NORAM

The Partner Solutions team, part of Meta's Global Partnerships organization, is dedicated to delivering a seamless experience for creators, public figures, media, and sports partners across our platforms in North America (NORAM). Leveraging product expertise, creative content strategy, and robust business analysis, we empower partners to maximize their impact and align with Meta's vision.

This is a unique opportunity to lead the North America Partner Solutions team, an agile, fast-growing team at the forefront of technology and creativity. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing partners' content strategy, supporting Meta's mission to be the platform of choice for content, conversation, and community.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Partner Solutions Managers focused on building product and data solutions to drive partner and product success in the NORAM region
• Develop an understanding of Partnerships' goals and help determine new strategies and ways to track progress, leveraging data and tools to build insights that inform the region's strategy, ensuring accountability and alignment with product priorities and Meta's goals
• Drive and deliver scalable solutions and programs for NORAM Global Partnerships, managing complex projects and multi-vertical initiatives across markets
• Serve as an internal advocate in connecting cross-functional teams to drive product and operational efficiencies both for the region and globally
• Manage complex projects and lead multi-vertical initiatives across various markets
• Operationalize scaled and complex workstreams to ensure consistent delivery and impact

Minimum qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in consulting, strategic partnerships, account, partner, or project management in the context of the entertainment and/or content strategy industry, with a focus on the NORAM region
• Experience managing people and building high-performing teams that embrace change and deliver against priorities
• Demonstrated experience in coordinating Product Go-To-Market (GTM) for Partnerships
• Proven ability to align at the leadership level with senior product stakeholders
• Experience driving and communicating global strategy across regions
• Ability to track progress and report on global product strategy for leadership and cross-functional teams (XFNs)
• Extensive knowledge of the Creator, Public Figure, Sports, and Media ecosystem in North America
• Demonstrated experience in effective communication and presentation skills
• Experience working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to solve problems in a collaborative environment
• Project management skills: planning, executing, and delivering reports/solutions
• Experience with the operationalization of scaled and complex workstreams Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
• Extensive experience (5+ years) in consulting, media operations, audience development, or account/project management, especially within the NORAM region
• Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
• Master's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Media, Communications, data analytics)
• Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
