About the Role

As a Staff Product Manager, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of the strategy for a portfolio of connectors that drive growth of Fivetran.

This is a full-time position based out of our Bangalore office, with a hybrid work model that offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration.

What You’ll Do

• Manage a portfolio of products and contribute to strategic decisions on growing and improving that portfolio, including optimizing revenue.
• Accelerate the connector roadmap with AI-driven development.
• Use data, customer research, and market insights to identify and prioritize product opportunities.
• Partner with and lead cross-functional teams to execute the product roadmap.
• Define and track product health metrics to ensure connectors meet customer needs and Fivetran’s product principles.
• Drive clarity and alignment on complex or ambiguous product problems.
• Communicate product strategy, progress, and impact to stakeholders.
• Evangelize the success of product initiatives internally and externally.

Skills We’re Looking For

• Track record of shipping SaaS products that deliver measurable results
• Experience leveraging LLMs & AI for a variety of tasks
• Ability to translate complex details into clear, concise requirements and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• A deep sense of empathy for the customer, ensuring that all solutions are customer-focused and deliver significant value
• Strong attention to detail with a deep understanding of the big picture
• Ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines
• Demonstrated use of analytics, user research, and business cases to drive decisions and improve products.
• Embody our product team values of Curiosity, Ownership, Collaboration, Kindness, and Integrity.

Optional (Bonus Skills)

• Advanced proficiency in SQL
• Prior experience working with APIs such as managing API-driven products or managing integrations
