Role Overview  

Selection Strategy Operation은 고객 수요와 시장 데이터를 기반으로 쿠팡 Retail Selection의 성장 전략을 수립하고 실행하는 조직입니다. 본 역할은 데이터 기반의 의사결정을 통해 Selection 확대를 주도하고, Selection Identification운영의 프로세스를 설계하고 개선하며, 다양한 이해관계자와의 협업을 통해 비즈니스 목표 달성을 지원합니다. 타겟팅 고도화, 운영 표준화 및 Playbook 구축을 통해 조직의 실행력을 높이고, 신규 비즈니스 및 카테고리 확장 과정에서 핵심적인 역할을 수행하게 됩니다.

What You Will Do  

• Sourcing 전략 수립 및 타겟 선정: 주요 제조사/브랜드사 마켓 조사를 바탕으로, 비즈니스 우선순위에 따른 브랜드 및 Selection 타겟 Pool 선정제공
• 환경 분석 및 유관부서 커뮤니케이션: 내외부 환경 분석을 통해 Selection Planning 시사점을 도출하고, 유관부서와 긴밀하게 소통하며 얼라인먼트 리드
• 데이터 기반 프로세스 개선: 데이터 분석을 통해 프로세스 내 병목 구간을 발굴하고, 인사이트 기반의 셀렉션 프로세스 관리 및 개선안 수립
• 플레이북 작성 및 신규 비즈니스 확장: Selection 타겟팅 최적화를 위한 Playbook을 자산화하고, 신규 비즈니스 론칭에 따른 운영 업무 확장 대응

Basic Qualifications  

• 유통사 또는 제조사 관련 직무 경력 6년 이상인 분
• 상품 전략, 마켓 리서치 등 전략/기획 실무 경력을 보유하신 분
• 크로스오버(Cross-functional) 협업 및 원활한 커뮤니케이션 역량을 보유하신 분
• MS Office(Excel, PPT 등) 활용 능력이 우수하신 분

Preferred Qualifications  

• SQL 활용이 가능하며, 다양한 DB 데이터 추출 및 분석에 익숙하신 분
• 온/오프라인 채널에서 상품 및 소싱 전략을 직접 수립실행해 본 경험이 있으신 분
• IT 시스템 및 서비스 운영 프로세스에 대한 이해도가 높으신 분
• 소규모 조직 관리(People Management) 또는 인력 리딩 경험이 있으신 분
