Role Overview
Rocket Overseas is Coupang’s cross-border e-commerce service, delivering overseas products to Korea in as fast as 2 days. Coupang Global offers a broad global selection of high-quality goods at competitive prices through an end-to-end fulfillment network. As we scale this business, we are actively looking for a high-caliber Product Manager to drive the next phase of this cross-border service. In this role, you will develop key technologies to attract, engage, and retain both our customers and third-party sellers. You will build a world-class customer and seller platform to streamline seller onboarding and product listing/catalog, design strategies to elevate the global customer experience, and help sellers scale on Coupang. Furthermore, you will manage the integrated systems connecting these end-to-end customer and seller touchpoints with our core infrastructure and global supply chain. 

What You Will Do

• Define a clear Problem Statements and drive the vision, strategy and success metrics to scale up Global business –fulfillment service, operation efficiency, campaign exposure and cost for both Coupang and sellers;  
• Drive alignment with a variety of stakeholders, including sales and marketing executives, operations leaders, and engineering teams, to deliver on the above goals; 
• Prioritize and create a roadmap of projects and initiatives, considering trade-offs and optimizing for Seller and customer experience; 
• Regularly review metrics and proactively seek out new and improved data/mechanisms for visibility.

Basic Qualifications

• 8+ years of product experience in the e-commerce industry (Experience in Marketing/campaigns, CX, Pricing is a plus) 
• Experience and track record of delivering features and products at scale 
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to find creative ways to cover come obstacles 
• Experience working in e-commerce retail, product development, and global business environments 
• Fluency in both written and spoken Korean and English

Document Return Policy

로켓직구(Rocket Overseas)는 해외 상품을 한국으로 최단 2일 만에 배송해 드리는 쿠팡의 크로스보더(크로스보더: 국가 간 거래) 이커머스 서비스입니다. 쿠팡 글로벌은 엔드투엔드(end-to-end: 처음부터 끝까지) 풀필먼트 네트워크를 통해 우수한 품질의 글로벌 상품을 경쟁력 있는 가격에 다양하게 제공합니다.

업무 내용
