Junior Software Quality Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experiencedSoftware Quality Engineer to ensure the reliability, performance, and usability of our software products. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions while continuously improving our testing practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Performmanual and automated testing across web, mobile, and/or backend systems.
• Identify, document, and track defects.
• Collaborate with internal teams and on-site stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
• Contribute to improving QA processes, tools, and standards.
• Validate bug fixes and verify releases before deployment.
• Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback from a quality perspective.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree inInformation Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in writing test cases, test scenarios, and preparing test data.
• Ability to performfunctional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
• Familiarity withbug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA) andAgile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• StrongEnglish communication skills for reporting and collaboration.
• Mandarin language skills are an advantage.
• Experience withautomated testing is a plus.
