About the Role

We are seeking an experiencedWindows and Virtualization Support Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of Windows server and virtualization environments. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies, including VMware, CyberArk, and AWS, while contributing to critical infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead thedesign, implementation, and maintenance of Windows server and virtualization environments.
• Manage and optimize VMware infrastructure, including vSphere, vCenter, and related technologies.
• Oversee the administration ofCritical Infrastructure systems, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implementautomation strategies using tools such as Ansible and PowerShell scripting.
• Manage and maintainidentity and access management solutions, including CyberArk.
• Lead themigration of on-premises workloads to AWS cloud environments.
• Providetechnical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
• Develop and maintaincomprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and procedures.
• Participate inon-call rotations and provide support for critical incidents.
• Collaborate withcross-functional teams to deliver IT projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience inWindows server administration andvirtualization technologies.
• Strong expertise inVMware technologies, including vSphere and vCenter.
• Experience managingCritical Infrastructure systems.
• Proficiency inautomation and scripting, particularly withAnsible and PowerShell.
• Hands-on experience withidentity and access management solutions, preferably CyberArk.
• Knowledge ofAWS cloud services andmigration strategies.
• Strong understanding ofnetworking concepts and technologies.
• Experience withmonitoring and performance tuning of Windows environments.
• Excellentproblem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strongcommunication and leadership abilities.
• Relevant certifications (e.g.,MCSE, VCP, AWS certifications) are preferred.
