Senior Software Quality Engineer (#63)

About the Role

We are seeking aSenior Software Quality Engineer to lead our quality assurance efforts and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. In this role, you will work closely with Product Owners and Business Analysts to define acceptance criteria and develop robust testing strategies for complex software systems.

Your Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts tocraft user story acceptance criteria.
• Analyze and decompose complex software systems to design aholistic test strategy.
• Research emerging technologies and develop atest automation framework.
• Create and maintaintest suites comprising various test scenarios and cases.
• Implement arisk-based approach for test automation and performtime-boxed exploratory testing.
• Maintain theregression test suite in the QA nightly build and refine thesmoke test suite in the Development CI environment.
• Leadsystem integration testing with other system owners and manageuser acceptance testing.
• Oversee thedefect life cycle, manage test artifacts, and maintain the test repository.
• Drive continuous improvement inagile testing practices and tools.
• Take on secondary responsibilities as anApplication Performance Engineer orApplication Security Engineer as needed.

What We Are Looking For

• 7+ years of experience inexploratory testing andregression test automation.
• Stronganalytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
• Proficiency inagile development environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with test automation tools such asRobot Framework, SikuliX, Selenium, Playwright, orMicro Focus Testing Tools (Mobile Center, UFT, QC, and Sprinter).
• Certification as aSoftware Testing Professional and/orSoftware Quality Analyst is advantageous.
• Degree or Diploma inComputer Science, Computer/Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
